Offer is only valid for selected lounge bookings made by Smart Traveller members at least 3 days in advance through this page,

Smart Traveller members must log in to their Smart Traveller account before booking to view applicable members’ rate. There is no limit to the number of bookings that can be made; however, the discount may be nullified should the booking be subsequently modified. The offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers. This promotion applies to the adult walk-in rate for lounge access only.
The discount is valid for selected Plaza Premium Lounges only, excluding all Plaza Premium First, lounges at Abu Dhabi (AUH), Plaza Express London Gatwick (LGW), SkyTeam Lounge operated by Plaza Premium Lounge in Sydney (SYD) and all third-party lounges.
Availability: Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking within the Promotion Period in order to enjoy the Offer. Booking is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Lounge in full. Booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
Booking Modification/Cancellation:
(a) Plaza Premium Lounges (for “Elevate your Airport Experience” Promotional Bookings): Booking is non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable.
(b) Plaza Premium Lounges (for Non-promotional Bookings): Booking modification may be made up to 6 hours before the lounge admission time. A fee of USD10 per person will be imposed. No refund for any cancellation made within 6 hours before admission. Modification within 6 hours of booked service date/time is not permitted. Modification to bookings/services are subject to payment of fee difference, if any.

Variation and Termination: Plaza Premium Lounge shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice.
Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
