Terms and Conditions 

1. Validity: The discount is applicable when a valid promo code is applied for a minimum 2-hour lounge access booking made through the Plaza Premium Lounge website (plazapremiumlounge.com) for Plaza Premium First and Plaza Premium Lounge at Macau International Airport (MFM), excluding 3rd party or partner lounges. Bookings must be made between 14 July and 31 August 2025 for visit dates until 31 December 2025 (Lounge Local Time). 

2. Availability: Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Unless otherwise specific, this offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, vouchers or Smart Traveller members' rate. 

3. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase within the Booking Period in order to enjoy the Offer. Purchase is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Lounge in full. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. 

4. Booking Modification/Cancellation: Booking modifications may be made up to 6 hours before the booked lounge admission time. A modification fee of USD 10 per person will apply, in addition to any access fee difference. Please note that any promotional code used will be voided, and the full lounge access fee will be payable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 6 hours of the booked admission time. 

5. Personal Data: We will comply with applicable local laws concerning personal data protection. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand our personal data protection policy. 

6. Variation and Termination: Plaza Premium Lounge shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice. 

7. Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
