- Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, this offer is valid for Plaza Premium Lounge Pass purchases made through Plaza Premium Lounge website from 0001 hrs, 28 November 2025 to 2359 hrs, 1 December 2025 (GMT -5, both dates inclusive).
- Plaza Premium Lounge Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

Booking Modification/Cancellation:
- Plaza Premium Lounge Pass purchases are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable.
- Modifications or cancellations of complimentary vouchers are not permitted.
- No replacements will be issued for lost, unused, or expired vouchers.

Variation and Termination:

In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
