  3. Availability: Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Unless otherwise specified, offers are not valid and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers. Smart Traveller member rates are limited and may not be available for all products/services. Smart Traveller members must log in to their account before booking to enjoy any applicable members’ rate. 
  4. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase within the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. A purchase is only confirmed when full payment has been received.   5. Booking Modification/Cancellation: 
    (a) Plaza Premium Lounges and Plaza Premium First: Booking modification may be made up to 6 hours before the lounge admission time. A fee of USD10 per person will is payable on top of any change in lounge entry/access fee. No refund for any cancellation made within 6 hours before admission. 
    (b) Plaza Premium Lounge Passes: Purchase is non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable. 
    (c) Aerotel and ALLWAYS: Cancellation and modification policies are subject to the rate plan selected at the time of booking. 
  6. Personal Data: We will comply with applicable local laws concerning personal data protection. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand our personal data protection policy. 
  7. Variation and Termination: Plaza Premium Group shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice. 
  8. Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Group’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail
