Plaza Premium Lounges: Offer is only valid in which purchases are made through the Plaza Premium Lounge website https://www.plazapremiumlounge.com within the promotion/booking period for lounge access from 7  March – 30  April, 2024 (GMT +1, both dates inclusive). The discount will be automatically applied to the booking. There is no limit to the number of bookings that can be made; however, the discount may be nullified should the booking be subsequently modified.  Offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers.

Plaza Premium Lounge Passes: Offer is only valid in which purchases are made through the Plaza Premium Lounge website https://www.plazapremiumlounge.com from now until 2359 hrs 30 April 2024 (GMT +1, both dates inclusive) . Simply login to your Smart Traveller account before purchase to view applicable members’ rate. Offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers.

2. PPL Passes: Access to lounges are subject to the type of PPL Pass purchased.
 

3. Smart Traveller: Smart Traveller members must log in to their account before booking to view the discounted rate (20%). Member’s rates are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.

4. Availability: Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase within the Promotion Period in order to enjoy the Offer. Purchase is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Lounge in full. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. Booking/ payment received after check-in date/time or after 30 April 2024 (GMT +1, both dates inclusive), whichever is earlier, shall not be entitled to the Discount.

6. Booking Modification/Cancellation:
Plaza Premium Lounges: Booking modification may be made up to 6 hours before the lounge admission time. A fee of USD10 per person will be imposed. No refund for any cancellation made within 6 hours before admission.

Plaza Premium Lounge Passes: PPL Pass purchase is non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable.

9. Variation and Termination: Plaza Premium Lounge shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice.

10. Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
