Booking / Purchase Period and Validity
- Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, this offer is valid for Lounge Pass purchases or lounge visit bookings made through the Plaza Premium Lounge website from 0001 hrs, 1 December 2025 to 2359 hrs, 1 January 2026 (GMT -5, both dates inclusive).
- This offer applies to selected lounge visit bookings, including:
  - 3- and 6-hour visits at Plaza Premium Lounge locations in Canada & Plaza Premium Lounge at Orlando International Airport (MCO)
  - 3-hour visits at Plaza Premium Lounge at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
- This offer is available for selected Plaza Premium Lounge Pass (Lounge Pass) purchases, including the Americas 2-Visit Pass and Canada 5-/10-Visit Pass.
- Lounge Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
Applicability
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.
- The voucher is redeemable with a minimum spend of $20.
- The voucher may be used for festive beverages or items listed on the Premium Beverages Menu.
- Vouchers will be issued at the time of lounge check-in.
- Guests must present their booking confirmation email to lounge staff upon check-in to be eligible to receive the voucher
Availability
- Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Participating lounge locations are subject to change without prior notice.
Booking Modification / Cancellation
- Lounge Pass purchases are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable.
- Complimentary vouchers cannot be modified or cancelled.
- No replacement will be issued for lost, unused, or expired vouchers.

Variation and Termination
- Plaza Premium Lounge reserves the sole and absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify, or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
Final Decision
- In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
