Validity: This offer is applicable for bookings made through the official website, plazapremiumlounge.com, within the promotional/reservation period. The discount will be automatically reflected on the booking details page. There is no limit to the number of bookings, but if changes are made to the reservation after the promotional period, the discount will be forfeited. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional codes, promotions, or coupons.
 
Smart Traveller: The 20% discount for Smart Traveller members cannot be used in conjunction with this offer.
 
Availability: The offer is subject to availability and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking on the official website to enjoy the discount, and the reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment by The Hub. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
 
Reservation Changes/Cancellations: Travelers must cancel or modify their reservation at least 6 hours before the scheduled time, and a fee of USD 10 per person will be charged by the lounge. If the cancellation is made within 6 hours, no refund will be issued.
