1. Validity: 
(a) Australia Lounges Buy 1 Get 1 Free Offer: The discount is applicable when a valid promo code is applied for a minimum 2-hour lounge access booking for 2 adults made through the Plaza Premium Lounge website (plazapremiumlounge.com) for lounges in Adelaide (ADL), Brisbane (BNE), Melbourne (MEL), and Sydney (SYD), excluding 3rd party or partner lounges. Bookings must be made between 1 July and 4 July 2025 (GMT+8) for visit dates between 1 July and 31 December 2025 (Lounges Local Time). 

(b) Aerotel 30% Off Offer: The 30% discount is applicable for bookings made between 1 July and 5 July 2025 for stays until 31 December 2025. To be eligible, bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance through the Aerotel website (myaerotel.com). The discount will be automatically applied to eligible room types, stay duration and rates. 

​2. Availability:
Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Unless otherwise specific, offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers. Smart Traveller member’s rates are limited and may not be available for all products/services. Smart Traveller members must login to their Smart Traveller account before booking/purchase to enjoy any applicable members’ rate. 

3. Payment:
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase within the Booking Period in order to enjoy the Offer. Purchase is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Lounge, Aerotel, and/or Allways, as applicable, in full. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. 

4. Booking Modification/Cancellation: 
(a) Plaza Premium Lounge and Plaza Premium First: Booking modifications may be made up to 6 hours before the booked lounge admission time. A modification fee of USD 10 per person will apply, in addition to any access fee difference. Please note that any promotional code used will be voided, and the full lounge access fee will be payable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 6 hours of the booked admission time. 

(b) Aerotel and ALLWAYS: Cancellation/modification are subject to the rate plan selected at the time of booking. 

5. Personal Data:
We will comply with applicable local laws concerning personal data protection. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand our personal data protection policy. 

6. Variation and Termination:
Plaza Premium Lounge shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice. 

7. Final Decision:
In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
