1. Validity:
Promotion Period: The Lunar New Year offers are valid from now until 28 February 2026 (GMT+8) (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise stated for a specific offer.
(a) Plaza Premium Lounge Access Offer
Enjoy additional 1 hour lounge access for free when booking Plaza Premium Lounge 2 hours access. No promo code is required at the time of booking. Offer is applicable for booking made through the Plaza Premium Lounge website (https://www.plazapremiumlounge.com) and visit during 1 to 28 February 2026 (Lounge Local Time). Offer excludes London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 Arrivals Plaza Premium Lounge, Sydney Airport International Arrivals Plaza Premium Lounge, Sydney Airport SkyTeam Lounge operated by Plaza Premium Lounge and all third-party managed lounges.
(b) Plaza Premium First Access Offer
Enjoy 5% off when booking Plaza Premium First lounge access 2 guests or more. A valid promo code must be entered at the time of booking. Offer is applicable for bookings made through the Plaza Premium Lounge website (https://www.plazapremiumlounge.com). Both adult and child bookings must be made together. A child is defined as any person aged 11 or below. Offer can be applied in conjunction with Smart Traveller member’s benefit. Offer excludes all third-party managed lounges.
(c) ALLWAYS Offer
Enjoy 50% off ALLWAYS Meet & Assist service for the second passenger. A valid promo code must be entered at the time of booking. Offer is applicable for bookings made through the Plaza Premium Lounge website (https://www.allwaysvip.com). A valid promo code must be entered at the time of booking. Offer is not valid with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions or vouchers. The promotion is valid at ALLWAYS locations except Macau. This offer is valid from 1 to 28 February 2026 (GMT+8).
(d) Aerotel Offer
No promo code is required at the time of booking. Offer is only valid via booking through the Aerotel website (https://www.myaerotel.com), offer not applicable for Qingdao stays. Only apply to 7 hours and above, except Aerotel Jeddah and Muscat . Offer is not valid with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions or vouchers. Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. This offer is valid from 1 to 14 February 2026 (GMT+8).
2. Availability:
Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Unless otherwise specific, offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers. Smart Traveller member’s rates are limited and may not be available for all products/services. Smart Traveller members must login to their Smart Traveller account before booking/purchase to enjoy any applicable members’ rate.
3. Payment:
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase within the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. Purchase is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Group in full. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Please ensure that a valid email address is provided.
4. Booking Modification/Cancellation:
Bookings made are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Personal Data:

6. Variation and Termination:
Plaza Premium Group shall reserve the sole discretion to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice.
7. Final Decision:
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Plaza Premium Group shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
