• This offer is valid for PPL Pass purchases made through the Plaza Premium Lounge website from 00:01 hrs, 12 January 2026, to 23:59 hrs, 31 March 2026 (UTC−8), unless otherwise specified.

• The Plaza Premium First Pass (PPF Pass) is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions.

• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.

• Plaza Premium First Lounge Pass 2-Visit (access to Plaza Premium First & Plaza Premium lounge locations worldwide; see location list).

• CA$25 McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver Airport Gift Card.

• Bundle offer will be available during the “promotion period” defined as 10:00AM PST 12 January 2026, ending on 31 March 2026 at 7:00PM PST. Gift cards must be claimed with proper proof of purchase by end of the promotion period on site at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver Airport.

• Reservations and purchases are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Participating lounges are subject to change without prior notice.

• McArthurGlen reserves the right to close the program before end of “promotion period” due to distribution of all available gift cards, “prize quantity” once the “prize quantity” has been claimed and distributed, the bundle pass offer will officially close and no more gift cards will be issued.

• Conversely, McArthurGlen and PPF are able to extend the “promotion period” as aligned by both parties as they see fit.

• PPF Pass purchases are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable.

• Complimentary vouchers cannot be modified or cancelled.

• No replacements will be issued for lost, unused, or expired vouchers.

• Guests will receive a booking confirmation email upon successful purchase.

• Guests must provide the ID name used at purchase when redeeming.

• Guest Services has the authority to issue or decline gift cards based on the validity of the ID and on-site booking verification. Duplicate submissions are null and void.

• Gift cards can be used at any store location in McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver Airport and are valid for one year from the date they are received.

• Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cards are issued by Peoples Trust Company. Card funds are not insured by CDIC or any other government deposit insurer or agency.
