You will receive a remdemption QR code on your order confirmation PDF, after you have purchased Plaza Premium Pass during the Year End Double 11 Campaign.

Redeem in the Smart Traveller App

Once you receive your code from us, follow these steps:

Update Your App: Make sure you have the latest version of the Smart Traveller app installed.
Open the App & Scan: Tap the 'Scan' icon in the top-right corner of the app's home screen.
Scan Your QR Code: Align your device's camera with the unique QR code you received from us.
Claim Your eSIM: Follow the on-screen instructions. Choose your destination, click "CLAIM NOW", and your free eSIM will be ready to activate!
