- Each Smart Traveller member can only participate in the survey once. Duplicated submissions will be considered as one successful completion.
- Valid Smart Traveller membership number and registered email must be provided at the time of survey to be eligible for the 200 Arrture points. Incomplete or inaccurate membership number and/or registered email may result in delay of, or null points crediting. The 200 Arrture points for survey completion will be issued once per member only, regardless of the number of surveys attempted.
- Plaza Premium Group employees are not eligible to participate in the survey.
- Plaza Premium Group reserves its final right of decision in the event of any dispute.
