Plaza Premium Group Makes its European Trade Show Debut at Business Travel Show

24 February 2016, London - Plaza Premium Group, the pioneer and industry leader in providing Premium Airport Services, makes its European trade show debut today at the Business Travel Show (24-25 February 2016 at Olympia Grand, London) as part of its commitment to continuing expansion of its airport hospitality services in Europe.

The Business Travel Show is Europe’s major specialised exhibition and conference for buyers and managers of business travel, attracting over 7,400 industry professionals from across Europe. Plaza Premium Group (Stand No. B610) will showcase its latest award-winning services and state-of-the-art lounge facilities across its world’s largest independent airport lounge network to the travel industry in the two-day Show, and will unveil its exciting development projects in London Heathrow Airport, including the opening of a Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 4 (T4) Arrivals in H2 2016, a 90-room airport transit hotel Aerotel at T3 Arrivals in Q1 2017, and a Plaza Premium Lounge at T5 Departures in the pipeline, complementing its existing lounge operations at T4 Departures, as well as T2 Arrivals and Departures, which are amongst the world’s best independent airport lounges conferred by SKYTRAX. The overall investment of the Group at London Heathrow Airport by the completion of the new projects will exceed USD 35 million.

All the Plaza Premium Lounge outlets in London Heathrow Airport have been thoughtfully designed to enhance travellers’ overall airport experience. The use of fine timber, polished granite, supreme quality fabric, and a combination of chic decorations and warm wall tiles create the ambience and feel of classy hideaway for lifestyle travellers.

Currently, Plaza Premium Group provides an array of Premium Airport Services in over 130 locations across 35 international airports and serves more than 8 million travellers annually. It comprises four core airport services, namely Airport Lounge, Airport Transit Hotel, Airport Meet & Greet Service, and Airport Dining. The Group is determined to introduce premium facilities and seamless airport experience to more airports around the world with a target of achieving 200 locations by 2018, including two new Plaza Premium Lounges at Rio de Janeiro in Brazil by mid-2016 to perfect travellers’ airport experience during the upcoming Rio 2016 Summer Olympics.

The Group will also participate in another trade show ITB Berlin in Germany (Booth No. Hall 26.a/107) from 9-13 March 2016, to further engage with industry members and reaffirm its commitment to enhancing airport experience of travellers in the UK and throughout Europe.
