Arrival & Identity Verification

Upon arrival at the lounge, designated bank cardholders must present their eligible credit card. Staff will verify the identity and process the benefit deduction. Once confirmed, a Fast Track QR Code will be provided.

Voucher Issuance

Staff will request the digital voucher code in real-time based on the customer's mobile device capabilities:

For customers with a China mobile number and WeChat: The voucher will be sent directly to the customer's phone for self-collection.

For customers WITHOUT a China mobile number or WeChat: Staff will receive the voucher on a staff device and display the QR Code on screen. Customers should take a photo of the QR Code to save for later use.
