1. Booking/Purchase Period and Validity

• Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, this offer is valid for PPL Pass purchases made through Plaza Premium Lounge website from 0001 hrs, 22 September 2025 to 2359 hrs, 16 November 2025 (GMT -4, both dates inclusive).
• Plaza Premium Lounge Pass (PPL Pass) is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

2. Applicability

• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
• Offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.

• Complimentary vouchers are automatically issued in the Smart Traveller app upon PPL Pass activation and must be redeemed before 31 March 2026.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

4. Availability: Reservations and Purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis. The list of participating/eligible lounges are subject to change without prior notice. 

5. Booking Modification / Cancellation

• PPL Pass purchases are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable.
• Modifications or cancellations of complimentary vouchers are not permitted.
• No replacements will be issued for lost, unused, or expired vouchers.

6. Personal Data: We will comply with applicable local laws concerning personal data protection. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand our personal data protection policy. 

7. Variation and Termination: Plaza Premium Lounge shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice. 

8. Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
