How to Link Your Card
  1. Tap "Link My Card" on the home screen.
  2. Select "Link My Card & Visit History".
  3. If you haven’t linked a card before, tap "Add Card" and manually enter your eligible card details. If you’ve already linked cards, tap the "Edit" and choose "Add New Card".
  4. Enter your card details and tap "Continue" to save.

Terms and Conditions:
  1. You can link your card(s) using the ‘Link My Card’ feature in the Smart Traveller App. However, at this time, you can only link cards issued by selected banks and of specific card types.
  2. You can (a) view your total number of available accesses and the locations of PPL Outlets where these accesses can be used with your card(s) (if eligible), (b) view your visit history, and (c) streamline the admission process by generating a QR code via the ‘Link My Card’ feature in the Smart Traveller App and presenting it to the staff at the PPL Outlets you visit. QR code access is only available at selected PPL Outlets. For avoidance of doubt, PPL Outlets access eligibility is subject to the respective bank’s terms and conditions.
  3. You need to present the physical card or such other acceptable means for your first access; thereafter, no such requirement is necessary. However, you are still encouraged to show the physical card if you prefer.
  4. Entrance is at the sole discretion of the PPL Outlets and is therefore not guaranteed.
  5. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the card information provided/saved.
  6. You assume the risk for any losses resulting from the misuse of the ‘Link My Card’ feature or the QR code, and we disclaim any liability associated with such misuse or mishandling.
  7. You have the option to unlink your card(s) at any time.
  8. Smart Traveller will display the latest card face provided by banks in the Link My Card function. The card(s) shown are for illustrative purposes only.
  9. We reserve the right to amend the list of card(s) eligible & locations for ‘Link My Card’ without prior notice.
100 Points Special Reward
  1. This promotion is valid from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025 (both dates inclusive).
  2. The campaign is open to all Smart Traveller (ST) members who link an eligible credit card to their account for the first time during the campaign period.
  3. Only one (1) eligible card can qualify for the 100 ST Points reward per member.
  4. Only newly linked eligible cards will qualify for the 100 ST Points reward. Cards that have been previously linked to the member’s account, even if unlinked and re-linked, are not eligible for this campaign.
  5. Each member is eligible to earn the 100 ST Points reward only once, regardless of the number of eligible cards linked.
  6. 100 ST Points will be credited to the member’s ST account within 30 working days after the card is successfully linked.
  7. ST Points earned through this campaign are subject to the Smart Traveller Points Terms & Conditions.
  8. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of credit.
  9. Smart Traveller reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and withhold or withdraw the reward if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  10. The campaign is subject to change or termination at the sole discretion of Smart Traveller without prior notice.
  11. In the event of any disputes arising from this campaign, the decision of Smart Traveller shall be final and binding.
