Validity: Offer is only valid in which bookings are made through website or walk-in from now until 2359 hrs 15 February 2024 (GMT +8).  Simply login to your Smart Traveller account before booking to view applicable members’ rate, or input a valid promo code into the payment page after successfully logged in to the Smart Traveller membership before the payment.  There is no limit to the number of bookings that can be made; however, the discount may be nullified should the booking be subsequently modified. Offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers.

• Lounge: Offer is only valid for eligible Plaza Premium Lounge bookings made through plazapremiumlounge.com or walk-in from now till 2359 hrs 15 February 2024 (GMT +8).
• Selected PPL Passes / HK Experience Bundle Passes:  Access to lounges are subject to the type of PPL Pass purchased.
• Aerotel: The offer is valid for stay period from now until 31 December 2024 (GTM +8, both dates inclusive) and is applicable to stay for at least 12 hours only. The discount is applicable for the best available rate and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers.  Smart Traveller members must log in to their membership at the time of booking to enjoy the discount on the best available rate and the member privilege of 10% off during the promotional period.  Blackout dates may apply.  Discounted room rates, including Smart Traveller rates, are limited. Reservations are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.  Full payment must be made at the time of booking within the promotion period in order to enjoy the Discount. Booking is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Aerotel in full. Booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.   Booking is non cancellable, modifiable or refundable.  Failure to arrive at the hotel will be considered as no show and will be fully charged. Bookings are subject to Aerotel Terms and Conditions that would be presented at the time of booking. 
• ALLWAYS: The offer is valid only for bookings of Meet & Assist service and Hong Kong ALLWAYS Concierge Services.  Bookings are subject to availability and ALLWAYS’ Terms and Conditions that would be presented at the time of booking.  Smart Traveller members must log in to their membership at the time of booking to enjoy the discount on the best available rate during the promotional period.  

Availability: Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking within the Promotion Period in order to enjoy the Offer. Booking is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Lounge in full. Booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.

Booking Modification/Cancellation:​

1. PPL Pass / HK Experience Bundle Pass purchase is non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable. 
2. Cancellation / modification for lounge access may be made up to 6 hours before the booked service date and time subject to a payment of USD10 per person. No refund for any no show or cancellation made within 6 hours before booked service date/time. Modification within 6 hours of booked service date/time is not permitted. Modification to bookings/services are subject to payment of fee difference, if any. 
3. Aerotel and ALLWAYS cancellation/modification are subject to the offer/rate plan selected at the time of booking.

Variation and Termination: Plaza Premium Lounge shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice.

Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive.  In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
