Terms and Conditions:
1. 2X Points Conversions are valid from now through 28 February 2026.
2. Limited-time Flash Sale items are valid during the promotional periods stated above.
3. You can enjoy the points conversion offer if you have a valid Smart Traveller account, hold an Eligible HSBC Credit Card, and have successfully connected your Smart Traveller Account with HSBC Reward+ before making any relevant conversions. The mobile number registered on both accounts must be the same.
4. Once the RewardCash is converted to the Smart Traveller Account, they will be subjected to the terms and conditions of Smart Traveller and the conversion cannot be reversed.
5. You cannot:
- exchange the offer for cash, other products, services or discounts or transfer the offer; and
- use the offer together with any other offer.
6. Other offers:
- Promotion 1: Eligible Customers who register for a Smart Traveller account for the first time during the Promotion Period (i.e. have never registered for a ST account on or before 1 December 2025) will receive 150 ST Points (“Reward 1”) after successful account activation (“Members”).
- Promotion 2: Eligible Customers who a have valid Smart Traveller account and have successfully linked it with their HSBC EveryMile Card for the first time during the Promotion Period (have never linked their EveryMile Card with Smart Traveller account via the Link My Card function on or before 1 December 2025) will receive 100 ST Points (“Reward 2”) after successful binding.
- Each Eligible Customer may enjoy Promotion 1 and 2 in conjunction, but each Eligible Customer may only enjoy the Reward from each Promotion once.
- Reward 1 and 2 will be automatically credited to the eligible Smart Traveller Members’ accounts within 14 calendar days.
- Reward 1 can be used in Main Marketplace of the Smart Traveller App, while Reward 2 can be used in both Main Marketplace & "Exclusive for HSBC HK" in the Smart Traveller App.
