Lounge Reservation

Plaza Premium Lounge provides services to all travellers, regardless of airline or class of travel. You can book your lounge access online up to one (1) hour in advance. PayPal, charged in USD, is accepted as the payment method for online bookings.

If your online booking is confirmed and completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. In some occasions, you may find the confirmation in your spam/ junk folder. Please add our email address, [email protected] to your address book/ safe senders list to ensure you receive our booking confirmation emails.

If you are unable to receive or lose the email, please Contact Us for assistance, and include your email, name, service date and time, service type and order reference number (if any.) We will retrieve your booking and re-send the booking confirmation to you.

Alternatively, if you do not have sufficient time to make a booking, you can also purchase an entry pass at the lounge reception. Entrance is subject to lounge capacity.

Other bookable services include shower, private relaxation area and massage. Reservations must be made at least 1 hour in advance.

Before making a reservation, you can find specific lounge information (address with terminal number, area, i.e. restricted or non-restricted, etc.) at our website, to ensure you reserve a lounge located in the same terminal as your flight, or accessible to you from other terminals in the airport. You can Contact Us if you have any further enquiries.

At the same time, we also advise you to contact your airline for details. For example, passengers departing on U.S. Domestic flights will not be able to use our service locations in the International Departures area. The other example is for North American airports, passengers departing from the U.S. Transborder or U.S. Departures areas will not be able access our service locations in either the Domestic or International Departures areas.

This is usually due to the selected time slot(s) taking place outside of the lounge's operation hours, or the service requested is fully booked, or a temporary system error. To address a system error, please clear your browser cache and try again.
You can book up to one (1) year in advance.
Please contact our reservation team at the phone no. or email address located on your booking confirmation email to cancel or make changes to your booking. Please also note the Terms & Conditions related to service cancellation and amendments reflected on your booking confirmation email, as some services/packages cannot be cancelled or amended.
Yes. Please use our online “Group Booking Request” form. As services/facilities are limited at certain locations, to ensure availability, please submit your request at least 7 days in advance.
